As part of her intervention, Vanessa Mathias demonstrated a listening and responsiveness which allowed us to achieve the goals we set in the very short deadlines that were imposed.

She also demonstrated a proposal force which has greatly enriched the approach that we originally thought about the design and the ergonomic features of the project.

All this was achieved with a high level of quality, which was universally recognised by both the internal teams and their pilot users.
